Fukuoka Sun Palace Hotel & Hall - Fukuoka (Fukuoka)

First of all, the room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. the hotel location was great as it was close to a port and different entertainment venues. Another advantage was the friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcomed.

The lack of WiFi, only LAN connection was available. the staff were not very proficient in English which made communication difficult.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hakata Port, making it a great choice for those planning to take a jetfoil to Busan. It is also connected to the Sunpalace Hall, where you can catch concerts by famous entertainers. the rooms may be small, but they are well-designed to maximize space and have all the necessary amenities such as a TV, wardrobe, seating area, and work desk. the staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to assist guests, even if they don't speak Japanese. Breakfast is available with a variety of options, both Japanese and European, and the hotel also serves lunch and dinner.

Some guests have mentioned that the beds in the rooms are a bit hard, but it's a minor inconvenience compared to the overall pleasant experience at the hotel.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to Hakata Port and the Sunpalace Hall. The room, despite being small, was well-designed and made the most of the space available.- The staff were friendly and made a real effort to communicate with non-Japanese speakers.

There was a strange smell in the room, which was a bit off-putting. The internet and power cables in the room were tangled and messy.
